Ella Nolan

Ella Nolan

I am a Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC.0013764), who provides individual (child, adolescent, and adult), couples and family therapy.  Therapy is not always an easy process, especially when dealing with raw emotions. I bring a sensitivity and understanding to my therapy, with a laid back approach. My goal is to really listen to what each person is wanting and needing.

I am interested in integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed, relationship-centered, culturally-sensitive, strengths-honored Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology approach, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and systems therapies incorporating the latest neuroscience in my work.  I believe that with my calm and supportive demeanor we will be able to work through any issues that may arise, at the pace that best suits you.
